No one wants to drop serious cash in a 10 BILLION share PUMP and DUMP. NO ONE dilutes to that amount unless that's all they have in mind. They sell off 4B shares to someone for chump change (94k) that wouldn't even pay off existing debt. All that person needs is 0.0003 to sell and become an instant millionaire at other shareholders expense.

This will NEVER be a business from this point on and this SHAM will be reverse split at some time in the future which will take anyone still holding and make their shares worthless.
