How naive is it to think this BOD will not implement an RS? Their track record suggests zero chance.

An RS is not necessary. Peregrine needs to ask for an extension (and it will be granted because it's the Nasdaq way!) then get the company restructured to the point of profitability. The PPS will sustain well over $1 to avoid delisting. But King and BOD are not willing.
