Vote no. I said the same thing when they wanted AS increased.

If they are going to restrict our ability to remove BOD members with a reasonable process then we have to use these occasions to extract what we want. To do so we would need Darts shares and Institutions shares voting with us.

We would first deny the RS and then approve it if the BOD becomes armslength, a reasonable voting process put in place for turnover of BOD, and certain other items be met.

Can't do this without biggest shareholders.
