Flip. I think your calculations are probably quite accurate in relation to PFS. The question I ask, is how much importance will NWBO attach to the secondary endpoint of OS? We could still be some way off reaching a median OS calculation. Control arm crossing over to treatment will allow a measurement Of L effectiveness in recurrent GBM. I really don't know if they can unblind the PFS data and go public with it, while still continuing the trial to further accrue OS data.
