That's not true gem. ITD in no way 'needs' Kallo Inc. ITD has engineers, and they can find Bioengineers, Dr's, etc. and build and sell mobile clinics. Kallo is the little guy 'hoping' to get in with ITD. The need is one way, and the neediness is on Kallo's end.

Also, there is one big hole in the RM speculation. The loss of key employees, it makes absolutely NO sense. Also, who refers to a company that they will be merging with as a 'potential' client? One that has no intention of merging with said company.

One more big hole.
Key employees are leaving without even so much as a minor stake in the company. I don't think so. If I'm working for a public company with only 12 employees, and this company is actually about to do big things and real material projects are on the way, I'm buying in on my company right away. But these guys are just hanging around taking average salaries while everyone else could possibly get rich?? LMAO yea right!! That's your biggest clue that this company is going nowhere!! LOL.

If anything they'd buy out cecil. Cecil's patents aren't patented to Kallo Inc. they are his personal patents in his name. It's more likely that Kallo dissolve, and then Cecil make money on his own patents. We shareholders don't see a dime
