ARCA Archipelago is not only a mm in TTNP, it is also one of the largest "exchanges" that is known to deal in quasi-illegal shenanigans that cause havoc in the markets, and is considered to be the cause of the 2010 "Flash Crash"-----Read about it here:

Havoc like what happened a few years ago when people on the verge of retirement lost from 50% to 80% of their IRA's & 401K's. and had to continue working after retirement age, or starve. I keep a 5 minute candlestick chart on TTNP & observe that every time the big sell starts after upticks of buyins, the big red candles are accompanied by ARCA moving onto the bid and buying up all the shares that are being sold into the market---as soon as the sell-off stops, a different mm moves onto the bid. I'm sure the rest of you have L2's showing which mm is on the bid or ask with each trade that goes through. Wall street is soooo corrupt, and the administration turns a blind eye, as all politicians gain from it. This BS may come to an end after Nov. this year. All these shares that ARCA has bought up are for the profit of ARCA---We will find out the reason as this plays out.
