Several possibilities for sure. Could see an entire RM into Kallo. Maybe they create a joint venture partnership under the Kallo umbrella. It just makes sense for me to see them utilize the tax writeoff in the Kallo shell and the flexibility of the public markets to facilitate expansion and benefit principle stakeholders in both companies.

Bottom line they need each other to secure and execute on healthcare infrastructure.
