I guess amateurs is the wrong word, I think I should have said more on the lines of inexperienced in finding treasure in the past. Basically all of us have been inexperienced at one point until we had experience at new jobs we do. I know they have years of knowledge and great back grounds I've also read their resume. They still would be inexperienced at finding treasure just as we all would until we had dived and found treasure. Hope that helps explain my opinion. I have what I figure is a large amount of shares and will continue to hold them. I'm in the band on the deck!!! one way or another!! JMO
