33 days have passed since the promise was made that Phildo Foley would answer questions compiled by the no longer paid by NTEK IR scammer Dan Wong.
I wonder if Phil ever plans to address exactly why Nanosham lost their only "pure" 4K and any future ability to garner new studio deals.
The only real or "pure" 4K content NanoscammD had were the IMAX films from K2 Communications. Unfortunately, NanoscammD never paid their contractually obligated license fees, so K2 Communications sued NTEK for unlimited civil in excess of $1 million dollars.
Because of this, NTEK is on record with the Superior Court of Los Angeles as being sued for multiple reasons, including securities fraud. This lawsuit and the others on file against NTEK will now prevent them from signing any other major studio deals.
A basic "title search" is done by major studio business and legal affairs departments as a pre-signing obligation. The lawsuits on file RED FLAG NTEK from now on, and no major studio will do any sort of deal with them - simple fact.
This is the normal course of business as conducted by all major studios - period. So as of the end of the year, NTEK will also lose the upscaled content they licensed from Paramount.
