today (now yesterday in Nairobi) was the last day the parties could apply to the Ministry to proceed to the Second Additional Exploration Period. So, did they or didn’t they? While CEPSA and/or ERHC may not tell us in a timely manner, our new “friends of the board” at Oil News Kenya might let us know.

As to your question about the Block consequences for ERHC should CEPSA decide to walk? I agree with you that not clearly addressed in the Farm Out Agreement, JOA or PSC. Regardless, ERHC is most likely hosed in Kenya if that were to happen, IMO.
