They have in the past under Duvall, as you may recall all those open recs on the Ariad website, now gone. I don't think they hired the recs as they since went through a riff. Can't say what the plan is but I'm hoping they are just laying ground work marking out there now, and will let a b/o buyer actually sell brig.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
