Cannon, I'm skeptical on him generating shares to line his own pocket. APDN seems to be posting all the SEC forms all the time. Ain't had one where Hayward BOUGHT any options awarded that I can find. Then selling em off for Bermuda vacations to clowns like me. Can't find anything. I don't have the playbook though.
I got a little insight to DoD oversight of startup, Small Business Innovation Research grant finances. Generally a fan of SBIR and Ssumthin' sumthin sumnthin nur nuther sister act to it. Not a close fan obviously.
DLA support has been extraordinary here. Dunno if any flag officers are earning anything here either. In my ignorance, I think this is such a great UDDER from a cash cow for shorters to grow on. Too supported by DoD cash to fail. Now cotton.
This year's general raises go with the options awarded back in January. Questionable, but I believe you have to be paid. Need some finger prints on this case study.
