basically what I see here is a reverse merger. but it smells a little funny..

dude sells his own patent to brk for shares worth 1.6 million big payday for chris and then comes to work for the board as ceo..

obviously making the move for public funding. they need capital BAD!!..

remains to be seen if they do something or its just a whole share shower dump machine. right now that appears to be the case.
