Yellen postponed today's meet to discuss the fed rate hike until December but still threatens doing it before year's end... so the market is still holding its breath. Volatile stocks like TWTR suffer more with major market news like this. It could force a potential buyer's hand though. The longer they wait, the more costly an M&A is going to get in the coming months.
