PHOT warns investors about the massive dilution they will need to stay afloat. They also warned about the fact that they risked ALL PHOT ASSETS for just one financing deal, which they already went into default on once. They had to then negotiate a lot higher payment/penalty and interest to convince the financier not to foreclose on PHOT assets.

I see their revenue is tanking. That doesn't bode well for the share price staying out of the triple 0's as dilution ramps up once again to help pay for the losses and huge salaries, back taxes, delinquent leases, shuttering of stores, etc..
