I'm not sure what the ramifications would be if we produced panels in China without a U.S. patent.

Technically, we would be collecting a licensing fee from another manufacturer who could sell those panels throughout China, etc.

Who knows though - maybe down the road - those Graham Factors we heard about last year may pave the way to a patent in the U.S. Basically, I believe that the argument is that if something works - and nobody else has anything like it - then something must have been inventive to make that possible . . .
