Why doesn't Jeff come out and tell us what is going on?

Because a lot of these Microcrap scammers have a perverted view of their own self image. After years of being proclaimed just the best Microcrap CEO in the market, it sometimes becomes important to their self image.

So what is Duncan-Jeffy going to say? Admit TRII was always a scam? That his lawyers have advised him not to ever file anything with the SEC ever again, because he flocked up the scam? Failed as a Microcrap scammer? Or tell his loyal patient SHs he just forgot to file the audited 10K 9 months ago, and that he's working on it? Along with working on the Nevada business license. That's soooo complicated.

Is he going to tell the SHs the liens against TRII were finally exercised? All assets are gone? Or Ontario finally demanded he pay the fines?

Why should Duncan-Jeffy tell his SHs anything, that might destroy the myth? When all he has to say is nothing. Just fade away in silence, and allow the SHs to believe whatever they wish.
