You may be right. Back in February, after the RS (that wasn't supposed to happen) took place, GRCU put out a PR stating many things including:

"We are very focused on pursuing and executing our unique business model and this strategy will allow the company and our shareholders to gain greater returns not only in the short term, but for the future. We are creating a footprint in this industry that is far superior to our competitors and we will make our mark."

Based upon the summary you provided and other info, this has not happened and does not appear likely:
