It looks like a base is forming here Jag around .57 - 61 and we are still in an uptrend from 5/18/16 - 3 months albeit there is a slight downtrend in the last 3+ weeks within the uptrend so that is why I think it's a good time to buy and that is my opinion and I could be wrong but being tied to a possible future with TSLA if certain conditions are met, (agreement earlier this year with TSLA) is a good thing as long as PEMIF can reach the goals TLSA is asking for. I am still hoping for an early PR on the PEA report and the feasibility reports later this year.
