Wow, that takes my breath away - it's one of the highest I've ever seen. As long as they have control and hold enough preferred shares, they can issue themselves all the shares they wish - no problem. Well except it IS a problem for their shareholders.

I still don't know why another OTC traded company would use the GOSY lawsuit as an example. It's about the most nonsensical lawsuit I've ever read. It makes one wonder if GOSY insiders even have a clue what spoofing and naked shorting actually is. Some of these OTC CEOs are not the brightest bulbs.
