Finally---agreement.YES there is a VERY clear line,one that Eco has never crossed.And thank you for finally presenting your concerns in a concise,cohesive and specific manner,glad I was able to quickly put them to rest.YES,for the company to put out a PR regarding "outstanding proposals" (and a huge number it was) was not the best idea.But,again they were PROPOSALS and not claims of completed contracts.If I recall from that time period--there were MANY proposals outstanding---but a much better PR would certainly have been on of finalized deals.Nothing that borders on "scam".Curious why the China news was a concern,but glad I could resolve it for you.M. Elliot becomes ill,the company brings in Nixon/Gong team as interim mgmt---they had VAST experience in China.Their first event was a planned trade show in China,just before show date,Nixon has his own critical health issue which led to the show being cancelled and soon after the departure of the Nixon/Gong team.Luckily,M Elliot was able to regain his position of mgmt---but CLEARLY no-one had the ability to carry the China torch.VERY straight forward.Glad I could help.
