Amazing that Schadel never disclosed in the financials that LTNC was paying $6,000 a month for Schadel's house.

I am curious if Schadel filed the $72,000 as income with the IRS.

He would have never disclosed this if it wasn't in the Prometheus complaint.

It is pretty funny that a few shareholders are defending Schadel after he is robbing the company for personal gain and not disclosing it.
