When they closed the doors they they found some dude to keep running the website and selling the crusty old products until they run out or people get sick.
If only the company were still in business, and if only they filed (honest) financial reports, shareholders could look forward to your $8 on the next Q. But alas, they're gone and they don't file, so there will be no more financials.

I'm sure the dude appreciates the eight bucks though - it'll buy him another pack of smokes.
