Mr, Merritt, split the stock, most small companies would and should

split the stock. Make it a 3 for 1 split and make it more affordable

for the small investors to become owners. You being a large shareholder

will reap the benefits of a split. It will not change ownership of

the stock but will encourage small investors to invest in the stock.


This message is also for those who have been critical of my $200.00

prediction. Either you don't understand the potential of IDCC or

just think I am lying. I know I will see the $100.00 barrier broken

and hope to live long enough to see the $200.00 barrier broken but

I think we will get a stock split so it will be split adjusted.
