I don't expect much from IR like an answer to my issues. I wrote and hope others write too. To express that our votes may / will matter, in the current # of OSs, if the 'Record date' and a vote precedes any ZAP deal like we expect.

Also that some bookwork scam will have trouble passing, at best. I still hope for a real sale of the ETD / NTD business that is fair to Long time investors. If we have to split the profits (if any of course) to a diluted OS count we are FKT.

ZAP has 50m warrants after the deal @ $1.50 so we can hope we hit this + at some point. Maybe there is a ride to the Nasdaq for all and a fair return to Longs from the ETD/NTD sale. That is still a possibility.

My grandson told 'nana' he liked the Flyboard air and wants one and will trade his ATV. But first lets express to our 'management'(s) about our demands of the ETD sale to get OUR Votes...JMHFO...
