fire i still donot understand why you are here. If you do not like the potential and think it is a rip off and scam - just leave and feel lucky that you are not involved in the deal. Everything in life has risk and in this case there could be reward. The industry that this company has been in during the past few year has been very difficult. Sure blame management or blame Congress and even the creature in the WH.
Sure the company has recapped - have you looked at the oil and gas stocks lately- everyone of them is a recap- you would call them all scams.
I disagree with you because there are always forces out there that may create results that you or i do not like and that is the way the cookie crumbles.
I think i can make money on this opportunity . Maybe i will be wrong!
I still believe the warrants are the action for the biggest kick with least amount of investment.. I may be wrong but that will be my problem not yours.
