Here we go, this PR is so similar to TPAC's recent email to shareholders claiming legal action against message board statements.

I made the post below regarding MRIB and CEO Margrit Eyraud after reading this PR and looking at the ridiculously erroneous SS numbers listed on OTCMarkets.

For all Eyraud's false bravado about the "slander" (these CEO's are often so clueless they don't understand the difference between slander and libel), it turned out MRIB and CEO Margrit Eyraud are frauds / grifters. In fact the identical MRIB scam was executed TWICE, back to back, both times leaving shareholders with WORTHLESS shares in a no-bid stock as the company ceased filing and/or issuing news - a total SCAM.

Check this out DJ, this is for MRIB, Marani Brands. The President & CEO, Margrit Eyraud, is another clueless pink sheet officer who talks about suing message board "bashers" for slandering the company. lol

This is how they have the SS listed on their OTCMarkets company info page:

Shares Outstanding: 179,346,327 a/o Mar 28, 2014
Float: 213,000,000 a/o Sep 30, 2013

lol, that's weird! But then their December 2013 OTCMarkets quarterly report listed the OS as 421,639,026 as of: 12/31/2013

That in itself leaves some questions, no?

Then someone called the TA on Mar 31, 2014 and suddenly, over the weekend I suppose, the OS has increased again to 459,407,489.

What's wrong with this picture?
