TASIF: Flinders Resources Limited has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Tasman by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the “Transaction”). Under the Agreement, the Company agreed to issue 0.5 common shares in the capital of Company in exchange for each Tasman common share held by a Tasman shareholder.
