According to the email Ben sent Freyguy : "We aren’t able to release the 2015 10K until we release the 10K 2016 as the OTC won’t let us post until we are current. We are working on the 2016 10K and because we have a new auditor and just had to review 2014 as well as complete 2015 plus all post 2015 transactions we are able to complete 2016 by the end of August which is the current schedule agreed by the auditor. While it has been a delay i can assure it is not reflective of the actual business and the upside available to us. "
Well, we've got a few days left in August, who knows, I'm not counting on it.
