I thought 650,000 options was a bit rich also, with a full vesting schedule over 36 months. These are pretty big numbers, and even though stock options, still represent an expense to the Company. Hope they are not treating this like monopoly money. We take the hit as shareholders by way of dilution, etc.

All IMO, hoping he is that much of a player and this is what they needed to do to attract serious talent.

I do like that they are building a good team. Just hope they deliver for the shareholders, not just the directors and officers.
