oil price are going higher ,there are deals being made in tx,and ok,co. for buying land.. but more in tx .from what i heard ...and also heard right out of cramers mouth also on cnbc. for oil companies getting funding for buying land .thats right up this companies ally correct. thnigs are heating up and its about time for mike our new ceo to step up to the plate and get some deals done ,while we still have a low lean float...can only bold well if they get something done to buy at the bad times bold well to sell at the good times ...our day will come theres been alot more interest in the stock then in the past year as you also can see that the volume has pick up ...peace kazzz
