Hopefully he is the right man at the right time! I don't know for sure but it seems like Glyn, John and the rest of the board would have really had to be convinced that he was the right man for the job to offer him that kind of money. It seems like that the big investors like Dart would have a say. I'm not sure just guessing.
What do I know, I'm just a lowly old investor who has lost more on this stock than have made-lol
