He did not like JAMN mgnt. and the insiders scandal and $700,000 fine I'm sure was a huge turnoff.
That diluted the stock 16M shares. Also, Marley claimed royalties not being paid.
They wanted JAMN out of the picture. Now that JAMN practically worthless, some player that Marley likes will step in and buy the company cheap, and then re=establish distribution lines.
That would keep the machine flowing for Marley creating only a "hiccup" in the continuation of royalties. Otherwise, it would take YEARS to get back in to 12,000 locations, if ever...
Deal will get struck and soon imho...
or... I could be completely wrong...
It is a gamble...
