- if anyone of us took say call of duty and copied it and sold it in say China for 1/4 the price they'd (atvi) would be suing us
- all the large tech companies have in house counsel devoted to litigating vs companies that infringe on their patents
- yet when they infringe and someone comes at them, that company is a troll for exerting their very same rights.
- so basically in their view only others infringe not them lol
Only congress was stupid enough to buy that argument. And they didn't really buy it, they got paid to accept it!
