Hi SR...the deal did not fall thru Gordo is late get all the transition paperwork completed so the new ceo can assume control of uppr...and the best part is gordo and barry have no say of the company and are not on BOD...I talked with new ceo recently....he's appears straight shooter and professional with a great product like soda glasses using a kureg? Be Patience...I would invest at these bargain prices...im in for 50,000 shares....cheers...ziggy.....ps as soon as transition is signed off and public I will update board.......PS....new name coming....to get rid of uppr stigma.....ziggy
