A PR could initially send the pps higher but it will still be several months before any GLF revenue starts flowing. In the meantime, the pps would just drift back down again. Slow and steady pps growth is better for investors. Also, I would think a quick spike in the pps could encourage more noteholders to convert and end up being more dilutive than helpful.
