I will agree with the bigger picture you present---however,I think the gap between failure and scam is HUGE.Unfortunately,the company has been unsuccessful at several things--telling their story by far the biggest.Years ago they did also present a grossly optimistic "outstanding PROPOSAL" release---again,this was a release of proposals---NOTHING was stated about signed deals or completed revenue--NOTHING.This was not a well thought out release---but NOTHING illegal.There has also been criticism of an announced trip to China years ago.The simple FACTS---years ago M Elliot had a serious health issue--company brought in the team of E Nixon and J Gong to manage the company---both had EXTENSIVE experience in China---they set up a trade show in China---could NOT be more basic---just prior to the show E Nixon had his own near fatal health crisis.This lead to the cancellation of the trip and subsequent departure of Nixon/Gong.ABSOLUTELY nothing underhanded about it---some truthful/optimistic PRs about it ? sure--To this day I wish the China door had been opened.Long and the short of it--the company has failed on some things,but to claim they even border on "scam" is NONSENSE.
