As far as I can tell the original China patent actually was granted on June 1st.

The U.S. Nationalization Phase patent, however, received an update to "Final Rejection" last week. I believe that there still may be an appeal process but . . .

There still are Nationalization phase patent submissions still being reviewed for Singapore, India, and China
