Looks like from the admin proceedings, Bedwell has struck a deal with the SEC.

The portion of the case related to him has been stayed.

I wonder what he is giving up in the 'deal'? Or did he just agree to professional sanctions...which was what they typically get for the CPA's anyway. Not much else they can do.

We'll see.
