the investors that bought out the convert are l9cked up from selling for 6 months. The warrants when they convert will then be locked up as well for 6 months. The overhang from bmak et al is also gone. the only sellers left are donly sellers are retail and possibly mm's, but i doubt they'd go much at risk cause volume is now minimal.
oh, the warrants are also cash based, not cashless like so many are today. so, when they convert that is money coming into the company.
