No, there is no indication in the latest PR that they have expanded their EAP due to lack of clients. They are continuing to work with their existing EAP clients (who have paid for the software) to improve their product and to increase its value to these and future customers. If the product did not work or the companies did not want it, why would the companies continue to spend time working with SIGMA to customize the software? They wouldn't.

Sigma is getting valuable feedback from their clients and incorporating it into the software. If you work with and are responsive to your clients wants and needs after their first order, then you greatly increase the likely that they will followup with additional orders for multiple systems.
