I realize you lost money, and what little I was paid at TEXX I'm at a loss too. I flew to Tampa, paid an attorney, and spent countless hours going through documents to help Alonzo. In the end I walked away from what could have been substantial money.

DKTS needs to be cleared up through a NV court. Alonzo hijacked the shell and CONS Huffman and Klein saw that idiotic action advised to by Sonfield as an opportunity to score big.

DKTS lenders entered into contracts without proper corporate authorization. Alonzo used that money for himself for the most part.

I'm considering filing something with the Court but I'm not sure I want to spend the money to get NV current and pay V-Stock, who likely is owed several thousand dollars. Anyone shareholder could legally get control of DKTS but there is still a costly mess to clean up thanks to Pierce and Sonfield. And I still think there is a possibility of getting an audit done, but you would have to remove the hijacking from the corporate history......if that could be done.

Alonzo easily could have filed something with NV as one of three officers (Contreras resigned) other than a FRAUDULENT annual report and PHONY Preferred E shares. That had to be the stupidest thing that idiot has ever done. A proper filing and he could have obtained legal control.
