Exobox's counsel very concerned about treating all shareholders equally with respect to disclosure?

I appreciate any input you may have with respect to improving our disclosure. If there are items which your counsel believes should be addressed in more detail, please inform me in writing and we will make such additional disclosure as far as practicable.
