Jehu Hand - A superseding indictment was filed on 7/26/2016- On August 2, 2016 the defendant was arraigned on the new charges and the Court orders: the defendant is released on all previously imposed conditions of release and in addition he will be subject to GPS monitoring by pretrial services in California and must stay away from airports and train stations. Jehu Hand is solely responsible for the $3,000,000 bond and is to work with his attorney to post the boat in Antigua and land in California to secure that bond. Initial Status Conference set for 10/7/2016 11:00 AM in Courtroom 24 before Magistrate Judge M. Page Kelley
