GK , OS has been unchanged for two months now and pps ridiculously cheap considering OS is only 83M and float 74M..
there are empty shells or bloated triple zero ticks waking up and running everyday in otc.. URBF would explode with this SS if there was a slight of interest or rumor of something coming.
I don't know if there is a tick out there with smaller Market Cap, no dilution and ungagged TA.. so I grabbed some lottery tickets and let them sit..
There is going to be some retail come and go so you see small buy/sells but with float 74M only, there's no going to be huge dump that would wipe bid.
As of company, I read they sold license /patent but they can use it to the end of this year.. also since they sold it, that means they have cash on hand to start up something new or pay off debt and become clean shell with perfect SS that could merge.. a lot of possibilities...
