Oh and if the PTAB holds the patents up I will guarantee there will be a multiple on a win / settlement

As I said in my previous post to you which you seemed to ignore there are other infringers

Once the patents are found valid and damages are awarded the market will price in a multiple for those future infringers since they really can't kill that patents at that point.

This is not vrng with one infringer on its search patents. Also with vrng the market is pricing it at cash since they are getting one off payments that no one has a view into. It is quite clear here which other companies are infringing:

Thus the market can assess to a decent degree what the company potential is. If you don't believe me take a look at established patent assertion entities that are public and that have had significant wins, they trade at multiples.
