Unlikely that vtcq acquisition mid q1 had anything to do with this delay. Vtcq is likely delayed because it's lower priority than mcig.

Couldn't Paul dunno the shell and take construction private, if he sees value. At the moment, everything is delayed, adj perhaps their are issues we don't know about and Paul is ready to cut and run.
