Lots of bagholders here to keep downward pressure on. I don't think Paul is deliberately trying to shake investors. Remember, on the conference call they said repeatedly they thought they were undervalued. I think one of two things.

1. A serious accounting issue was discovered.

2. The 10k is being delayed because Paul is selling the shell.

If I were Paul, I'd be trying to get out so I could create another stinky pinky with a fresh start. This one is clearly not panning out for him after many attempts to sucker new investors into buying...imo...imo.
