EDGAR is one of, if not the single greatest positive changes for individual investors in the last several decades. Now investors can quickly conduct the actual DD that is required to determine if a stock is worthy of investment.

And what is mind boggling is when individual investors either don't review a company's SEC filings on EDGAR before they throw their hard earned money into a stock, or even worse, ignore the factual information contained within those filings.
