Absolutely. Back then the Pink Sheets arrived via the US Mail. And that was also before EDGAR where people could actually do the required DD on a stock and see it was garbage and they would be guaranteed to lose their entire investment.

COWI has already lost 99.99% of its value since they first issued the toxic death spirals. And even after not one but TWO 1-200 reverse splits, here we are again right back at no-bid and the O/S soaring due to daily dilution from the toxic death spiral conversions.
